Come and enjoy a theatrical evening’s entertainment about cheeses and wines, sprinkled with historical footnotes, useful information and plenty of tastings!  Enjoy and indulge in this unique take on some of our favorite fermented foods.  Proceeds will benefit The Fairfax Theatre Company and Fairfax Recreation.
